Job Responsibility : 

  • To assist the Secretary General in the smooth functioning of various activities and services of the club.
  • Assist the President in his official work.
  • To coordinate with Members-in-Charge of various facilities and services & Conveners of all committees and sub-committees for their smooth functioning.
  • To attend AGM/EGM/EC Meeting, prepare minutes and ensure record.
  • To ensure the smooth functioning of all facilities/services and employees of the club.
  • Attend the club as per the timings fixed by the management.
  • Assist the Secretary General in the day-to-day administration of the club as delegated.
  • Administer all employees of the club, including attendance, discipline, job performance, leave, pay and allowances, etc, as per the policy.
  • Facilitate the members in the use of various facilities and services of the club.
  • Maintain proper inventory of all immovable and movable properties and their proper upkeep.
  • Supervise the day-to-day income and expenditure accounts of the club and ensure proper security of all cash held in the club as per the policy.
  • Ensure proper security of all men and materials of the club.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Post Graduate preferable MBA. Retired Defence Officers with equivalent rank of Major & above with stated qualifications is preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 10 year(s) experience in similar service/organization.

Additional  Requirements

  • Must be good in communication in both English and Bangla.
  • Must be good in Ms Excel, Word.

AGM-Finance & Accounts

Job Responsibilities

  1. Preparation of Financial Statement on monthly, Half-yearly and annually; Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash flow Statement.
  2. Ensuring accuracy of all accounting data recording on Quickbooks Software on daily basis.
  3. Take the responsibility for report and finance/accounts related day to day affairs (Cash Book, Ledger, Cheque Issue Register, Cheque Receipt Register etc.)
  4. Follow up Payment disbursement (Cash, Cheque etc).
  5. Supervising & Maintaining the Fixed Assets, Inventories, Accounts Receivable and payable etc.
  6. Preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements.
  7. Take the responsibility of company’s income Tax, TDS and VAT related matters.
  8. Closely liaison with Bank and other Regulatory Authorities.
  9. Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.

Manager, F&B

Position: Manager, F&B

Department: Food and Beverage

Job Responsibilities

  1. Strong working knowledge and Experience in operation of Restaurant including Bangla, Thai, Chinese and Indian food minimum 5 years.
  2. Managing staff’s work schedules.
  3. Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant, kitchen, beverage, bakery to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
  4. Directing and guiding the service staff for prompt and courteous services.
  5. To ensure control over wastage/pilferage of food and Beverage items.
  6. Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  7. Train up new employees and provide ongoing training for all the staffs.
  8. Directing and guiding the service staff for prompt and courteous services.
  9. To maintain Inter departmental co-ordination on matters relating of Food and beverage.
  10. To ensure job distribution and duty roster of staff and detailing for over time with prior approval of office if required. Monitoring performances of all service staffs.
  11. To prepare menu for parties & takeaway with costing.
  12. To prepare monthly consumption budget and place to the proper authority for approval
  13. To ensure availability of service including parcel service as per time schedule
  14. To make inventory in regular basis and prepare report.
  15. To attend in the Food, Bakery and Beverage sub-committee meeting and prepare minutes.
  16. To coordinate time to time with the Member in-charge Food, Bakery & Beverage service for smooth functioning of the service.
  17. Any other duty assigned by superior authority.

 Educational Requirements

  • HSC, Diploma in hotel management.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 05 year(s) experience in similar service/organization.
